As LHP's foodservice provider, FLIK Independent School Dining believes in a holistic approach to nutrition and wellness. Balance, variety, and moderation are always promoted. FLIK's various signature programs and new promotions are highlighted monthly and focus on important food groups: fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes. All programs are reviewed annually to assess successes and current innovative trends.

7 Certified ServSafe Manager Professionals: Seven members of our dining team hold the Certified ServSafe Manager credential, demonstrating advanced training and a commitment to food safety.
Full-Time, On-Site Registered Dietitian: Our Registered Dietitian partners with families and school personnel to support students with food allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions, and wellness goals.
FARECheck Silver Allergy Certified: Our dining program is FARECheck Silver Allergy Certified, reflecting our commitment to providing a safe dining experience for students with food allergies.
Plumsense Food Safety Program: Standardized food safety processes help ensure food is received safely, stored properly, cooked correctly, and held at safe temperatures.
