The nationally ranked wrestling program is widely regarded as one of the most prestigious and respected developmental programs in the country, competing against elite competition on a national schedule. The program has achieved sustained success at both the individual and team levels, reflecting its unwavering commitment to excellence.

Since 2022, the team has consistently placed among the top at the National Preps Tournament, highlighted by back-to-back National Prep Championships in 2025 and 2026. Prior to participating at National preps, Highland wrestlers have earned eight Florida State championships and three Dual State championships. 

With an exceptional history of Division I college signings, the program stands among the nation's premier programs, consistently developing athletes prepared to compete at the highest level. Home to multiple nationally ranked athletes, it is widely regarded as the premier high school wrestling program in the Eastern United States and is currently ranked #2 in the nation.
