Prepared for Competition

Our Middle School athletic program offers instruction for developing student-athletes and provides a range of choices for students in sixth through eighth grades—opportunities that are not offered in most schools today. Middle School students participate on 17 teams across 14 sports.

The Upper School athletics program includes 20 varsity sports, athletic training, and strength and conditioning instruction.

In recent years, approximately 10% of Highlander seniors have been recruited by colleges to play sports at the next level. These students have signed with various collegiate teams to continue their education at selective universities nationwide.
